We’ve been doing some thinking about mobile audio apps lately. There are apps for emergency preparedness, network monitoring, music creation, and just about everything else you could want. Interested in sword-swallowing? There’s an app for that. Want help choosing a perfectly ripe watermelon? There’s an app for that too!
But just because the apps are there doesn’t mean you actually use them. Here’s what we’re wondering:
• Do you actually use any AV apps? Which ones?
• Is it worth it for AV companies to create apps?
• If Biamp were to create mobile apps, what kinds of features and functions would you want to see?
We understand that apps are the way of the world now, but we want to know what you think makes a good app in the first place.
