Steve Metzger
President and CEO
Steve Metzger is the president and CEO of Biamp Systems. He joined the company in 2000 and served previously as a regional sales manager, vice president of business development, and COO before becoming president and CEO in 2010. During his tenure with the company, Steve established the product management group, expanded training programs to global markets, developed new business opportunities, and has contributed to the overall growth of Biamp. Steve spends his free time hiking and fly fishing in the beautiful outdoors of Oregon, working with wood, and volunteering.
Graeme Harrison
Executive Vice President of Marketing
Graeme Harrison has worked for Biamp Systems for 20 years. He first started as the company’s Regional Manager in Europe serving Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. He then transitioned to International Sales Manager, Vice President of International Sales, and is now the Executive Vice President of Marketing. Prior to working for Biamp, Graeme worked with Renkus-Heinz, Inc. and Hill Audio.
Actively involved with TED (Technology Entertainment and Design), Graeme is also passionate about food, wine, traveling, as well as environmentalism and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Ron Camden
Vice President of Global Sales
Ron Camden is Biamp Systems’ Vice President of Global Sales and has more than 24 years of experience working in AV technologies. As a recognized leader in the industry, he’s passionate about sharing innovations and identifying trends. In addition to his position at Biamp, Ron is heavily involved with InfoComm International. As a principal voice in AV technology issues, Ron has put issues of building safety and sustainability in the spotlight. He is also a valuable resource for those experiencing the AV/IT convergence. A graduate of Oregon State University, he’s a rabid Beavers fan.
Matt Czyzewski
Executive Vice President of Operations
Matt Czyzewski is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Biamp Systems. Matt is responsible for leading and managing Engineering, Manufacturing, and Education and Training departments. Prior to this, Matt served as the Vice President of Business Development and was the Vice President of Engineering for more than 10 years. During this time he led and managed the product concept and development phase for Biamp’s award-winning Audia® and Nexia® DSP product lines. Matt has been with Biamp for 15 years and has more than 25 years of industry experience.
Matt is a member of IEEE, AES, and serves as the Biamp representative for PAMA. In his spare time, Matt is an avid golfer.
