On Wednesday last week the Biamp team in the Middle East welcomed customers and partners to the new Customer Experience Center in the Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, for a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the space.

The evening event began with refreshments and a welcome from President, CEO, and Co-Chairman Rashid Skaf, who talked about the vision of Biamp—connecting people through extraordinary audiovisual experiences from individual rooms to enterprise venues and everything in between.

Skaf also touched on the history of Biamp and its growth, which led to the need for and creation of the Dubai Customer Experience Center. The space will serve as a showcase to help partners and customers in the region gain a better understanding of Biamp solutions, and to see these capabilities in action firsthand.

The Dubai Customer Experience Center Conference Room offers opportunities to demo Biamp devices and software, as well as conduct training seminars for employees, partners, and customers.

After the ribbon cutting and remarks, visitors received a tour of the space, which is designed to offer customers in the region training and education about how Biamp solutions deliver extraordinary audiovisual experiences.
