Legacy AV infrastructure, by its very nature, is becoming a relic of the past. Most legacy AV equipment requires manual setup, serves a single purpose, is difficult to change and adapt, has limited scalability, and is expensive and prone to complications. Networks can alleviate many of the headaches associated with traditional AV infrastructure while simultaneously enabling significant improvements to the flexibility and efficiency of technology investments. However, networks are not magic. Like any other resource, they have limits.
