InfoComm 2015 is here, and we have several exciting new developments to share with you:

Mobile Control
Meet Oreno™, Biamp’s mobile control software for Tesira®-equipped conference rooms. With Oreno, you can control meetings using nearly any smartphone, laptop, or mobile device. Oreno includes three core components: Oreno Creator, Oreno Manager, and Oreno User Interface. The User Interface was designed for an intuitive, delightful user experience. Oreno Creator provides a core productivity tool for AV integrators, while Oreno Manager software allows you to pass control to your customers.

Vocia® 1.7
Vocia 1.7 is all about efficiency. This release includes passive end-of-line monitoring devices (PLD) and new 2RU amplifiers, as well as live inter-world paging, up to 30 minutes of recorded messages, and the ability to have multiple Life Safety Interfaces (LSI-16) per world. These upgrades offer improved efficiency for system monitoring, design and commissioning, power, and overall system cost.

Tesira® 2.4
Biamp is putting choices back in your hands. We’ve listened to customers and focused on giving them more control over Tesira features, designs, installations, and VoIP-supported vendors. With Tesira 2.4, you can choose to have Named Networks, choose your media clock, and choose how to design the control network and expanders within your system. We’re also introducing the Tesira HD-1 Dialer. Housed in a stylish piece of hardware that looks great on a tabletop, this control interface provides access to all the dialing functions of Tesira server-class devices while maintaining the look and feel of a traditional telephone keypad.

VoIP Developments
Our VoIP-enabled products are certified by several major VoIP vendors, including Cisco, ShoreTel, Mitel, and Avaya. Certification means these products will work together, and the Biamp support team will be there to help. Find more details about certification on Cornerstone, Biamp’s online support knowledgebase.
